MLGW provides great medical and prescription benefits. Although the cost of these benefits has continued to rise in the United States, MLGW has managed costs to deliver competitive insurance.
Key Change
Based on rising health care costs, effective July 1, 2026, we will no longer offer GLP-1s for weight loss to active employees and retirees. This change will help MLGW manage increased medical costs and future increases.
